We collect only your first name, email address and the data needed for the VIP list, prize draw and communications you consent to. We do not request a telephone number. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time.
Purposes and legal basis
Your consent allows us to manage VIP access, prize draw entry and email communications. Technical security data is processed under our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.
Recipients and retention
Data is accessible to authorised administrators and the configured email provider. It is kept for the campaign and for no more than three years after the last marketing contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Contact us using the address shown in Monolithe emails and, where applicable, your local data protection authority.
Transfers and security
External providers are selected with appropriate contractual safeguards. Administration is protected by multi-factor authentication and secrets are not stored in the source code.
